1. Service Description

Graeme Barlow Coaching provides business coaching, group programs, and exclusive events designed for founders and business leaders. Each offering includes clear deliverables, such as one-on-one coaching sessions, strategic business growth guidance, and access to the FounderLink community.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe and other accepted payment methods.

  • All prices are listed in USD (American Dollars) unless otherwise stated.

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated in a custom agreement.

  • Subscription-based services, such as ongoing coaching, will be billed on a recurring basis.

  • Failure to complete a payment may result in service suspension.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules change, and we aim to be flexible.

For 1:1 Coaching & Strategy Sessions:

  • Cancellations 48+ hours before a session: No refund; you may reschedule.

For Group Coaching & FounderLink Memberships:

  • Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time but will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be given.

  • If you purchase a 6-month or annual plan, early cancellation will not result in a refund.

For Founders Dinners & Special Events:

  • Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant with prior notice.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our coaching and community-based services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, except in exceptional circumstances.

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • If we cancel a session or event for any reason and are unable to reschedule.

  • If a technical issue prevents delivery of a paid online service (e.g., subscription access failure).

5. Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously.

  • We collect personal data (such as name, email, and payment details) only to provide services, process payments, and communicate updates.
